Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for more than 35 years.

Our Host Employer is a large organisation who is looking for an Apprentice to join their team. The Water and Sewer Field Service department is responsible for the operation, repair, service and maintenance of the organisations mechanical assets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to complete their Apprenticeship.

The duties within this role will include but not be limited to; repairing, minting and servicing mechanical assets, whilst using a variety of hand tools, workshop machinery and fixed or truck mounted cranes.

As the successful candidate you will be able to work within a team, have effective communication skills, be willing to apply yourself to accredited training, follow directions and accept constructive feedback.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, working 40 hours per week with a rostered RDO.

You will also be required to continue your study toward a Certificate III in Engineering-Mechanical Trade through OFF the job training at Hunter Institute of TAFE – Gosford Campus.
