Full-Time Accounts / Payroll Officer – Somersby

Job Description

To be successful for this role, having a positive and “can-do” attitude is a must. This diverse and challenging role will allow you to develop your skills on both a personal and professional level, because as an organisation we pride ourselves on working collaboratively using different processes and procedures to achieve high risk work safely.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • End to end payroll
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Compiling and distributing financial and management reports
  • Professional communication with external stakeholders

Skills and experience

Have a positive attitude that compliments Reds company culture

  • All round accounts experience
  • You will have worked in a bookkeeper/finance officer role before
  • You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A high level of professional presentation
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Diploma or Tertiary qualifications
  • Prior experience with Xero Accounting Software will be advantageous
