Job Description

Statewide Business Training are seeking a mature and enthusiastic Administration Officer. This is a full time position, based in the Tuggerah Business Park on the Central Coast. To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to address each of the items listed in the essential criteria.

Essential criteria:

Confident and experienced
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Typing speed of at least 50wpm
Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to be a team player
Excellent phone manner
Outstanding customer service skills
Accurate data entry skills
Initiative and ‘can do’ attitude
Desirable criteria:

Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:

RTO/Educational background or experience
