Spinifex Recruiting require a “Administration Assistant” in Central Coast NSW:

Are you an experience administration officer looking for your next opportunity? Look no further than this fantastic part time role in a large government organisation. On offer is a 4 day per week role located in Lake Munmorah for an initial 2-4 weeks. This is ideal for someone between contracts or someone looking to gain/further their government experience in an interesting and varied role within a great team. Enjoy a work-life balance with a 7 hour day.

The role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of administrative functions
  • Providing information to callers on phone and in person
  • Generating reports
  • Dealing with multiple projects, and may prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
  • Cash handling and sales of passes and day tickets for park entry

You

It is essential you have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administration position
  • Demonstrated experience generating reports
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • An ability to handle cash and record transactions accurately
  • An ability to work successfully in a team.
