Based in one of our state of the art care homes in Erina, NSW, you will have a strong focus on the provision of customer care excellence and deliver impactful administrative support to the facility, its management and to Head Office.
This high impact professional will have experience in a similar position and demonstrate their suitability to carry out the responsibilities set out in the position description.
The successful Administrative Assistant will conduct themselves with confidence and empathy, have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Your Skills:
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding shortlisting & the recruitment of AIN’s & RN’s
Employment Contract preparation experience
Experience in Reception/Front-of-House positions
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience using a CRM & other job platforms
Outstanding computer literacy

This Monday to Friday position will see the successful candidate be responsible for maintaining records and correspondence; general office management and reception services; and providing high level executive support to the Facility Manager.
