Full-Time Administrative Assistant Trainee – Tuggerah

• PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration

Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for more than 35 years.

Our Host Employer is a privately owned Australian company that has been in operation for over 40 years. They specialise in manufacturing and design of windows and doors, with over 150 employees who are all dedicated to ensuring their customers needs are met and exceeded every time. This Host is offering a fantastic opportunity for a new employee to join their team as a Administrative Trainee.

Duties within this role will include but are not limited to:-

• Data entry
• Customer service
• Maintaining system data
• Processing of purchase orders
• Assisting with expediting reports
• Assisting the Procurement manager
• Price matching invoices and preparing for approval
• Liaising with both internal an external customers/ supplies

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work within a team, as well individually and be prepared to go the extra mile.

This position is working full time hours, 38 hours a week Monday – Friday; 8:00am -4:00pm.

As part of this Traineeship you will also be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through ON the Job Training.
