• Drivers licence & Own Car – Required
• PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical)

Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for over 35 years.

Our Host Employer has been operating at West Gosford for the past 5 years and is known for offering quality, affordable healthcare with a strong focus on customer service. They are a general practice spread between 4 sites including Wyong and Erina and pride themselves on putting their patients first by providing friendly, efficient and caring service.

The duties within this role include but are not limited to:-

• Greeting patients
• Making appointments
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Data entry of confidential information
• Keeping work area clean and tidy
• Scanning, filing, faxing and answering phones
• General administrative duties

As the successful candidate you will be able work efficiently in an ever-changing and fast paced environment. You will also be an organised team player who is keen to learn and further their skills.

This role is working between Monday and Saturday as well as over time when required.

As part of this Traineeship you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) through ON the Job training over a period of 12 months.
