Full-Time Business Administration Trainee – Somersby

Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for over 35 years.

Our Host Employer has been in business for 13 years and design and install spring timber floors in schools, gyms and sporting facilities. They are a fast paced and relaxed office environment and are looking for a motivated individual who has strong communication skills and is eager to learn.

The duties within this role include but are not limited to:-

• Monthly invoicing
• Filing, scanning, faxing
• General administration duties
• Answering and distributing phone calls
• Entering data into the company system
• Updating the company social media accounts
• Creating and managing Excel and Word documents

As the successful candidate you will be someone who takes initiative and is able to multitask in a fast paced team environment.

You will be working 38 hours per week. This role is Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

As part of this Traineeship you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through On The Job training over a period of 12 months.
