Job Description

Our client is an established construction company that specialises in commercial fit-outs are looking for a CA who can take on some project management duties alongside for the running of 2 retail projects based in Central Coast.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
Preparation of subcontractor packages and procurement schemes
Review negotiate and finalisation of subcontractors
Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of contractor claim
Administration of RFI’s to clients, architects and consultants

To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
Experience working as a CA in commercial construction essential
Available immediately
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
