Job Description

Sigma Resourcing require a “Care Manager Clinical team leader – The Entrance – NSW” in The Entrance NSW:

This role will provide effective leadership and management of the care staff and facilitate quality care based on assessed residents’ needs that enhance and promote quality of life, ensuring that care is consistent with the mission of the client and best practice.

You will need current registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, extensive nursing experience, an understanding of ACFI and at least 2 years in a previous care manager/ clinical manager leadership role.

You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective interpersonal skills and your ability to problem solve will make you a great candidate. Demonstrated understanding of person centred care and management experience are essential.
