Must be open to frequent travel within NSW
$50ph – $55ph + Super
Contract until mid-July 2019

A Government department based across multiple locations; Gosford, Sydney, and Parramatta, are seeking a Change Analyst to work within the PMO managing change for an innovative program of work, transforming the business unit’s future to deliver better customer service. The role can be based out of any of the offices, however will involve frequent travel between all locations.

As Change Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring changes introduced by projects are embedded and sustained by increasing employee adoption, minimising resistance and creating an empowered and open culture. You will focus on the people side of change – including impacts to business processes, systems and technology, and user roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, document and implement key change management strategies and plans.
Provide delivery of programs, projects and change management consultation aligned with the organisations change management operating model.
Identify and develop a register of relevant stakeholder profiles and facilitate engagement with all stakeholders to support the change management process.
Provide coaching and advice to stakeholders on a range of change processes and solutions.
Contribute to the development of materials for project communications, engagement and education to ensure that business changes and impacts are well understood.
Undertake detailed change impact assessments.
Monitor, measure and report against the change management, training and communication deliverables to ensure the project deliverables and business outcomes are met.
Analyse strategic change requirements and assess existing change management plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Assess stakeholder engagement and develop effective engagement interventions to address targeted needs.

Experience and Skills:

Must be flexible to travel between Gosford, Sydney and Parramatta
Experience prioritising and managing a high volume of conflicting and critical deadlines.
Ability to adapt to new operating environments in a dynamic public-sector department subject to constant change.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with all levels of stakeholder.
Strong analytical and reporting experience.
Experience successfully delivering projects on time and in budget.

$50ph – $55ph + Super based on experience
Contract until mid- July 2019
