Our client is a NSW Government organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation. We currently have a need for a Change Manager to work within a HR function. The position is based at Gosford on a 6+ month contract.

The purpose of the position is to provide services that comply with corporate HR policies and standards, support the strategic and operational plans, government priorities, policies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support organisational change

Key accountabilities

Lead the change required to develop capability, capacity and engagement across the division

Lead the development, review and implementation of business services strategies, policies, procedures and standards to continually improve services provided to clients; implement technological developments and ensure consistency and compliance with legislation

Develop a communications plan and deliver effective, timely communications to all stakeholders

Assist in the management of staff performance and provide feedback to ensure organisational and personal development objectives are achieved

Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships to develop strategies and implement best practice methods/processes

Lead and manage project team/s to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes of the project/s within approved scope and project methodology

Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met

Skills and Experience:
Experience in HR matters and HR change projects

Ability to Communicate, Negotiate and influence change at all levels

Extensive relevant experience in managing digital / IT Change projects

Change Management certification would be advantageous
