12 month contract
My Central Coast client requires the services of an experienced organisational change manager to assist with the delivery the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) project, specifically taking a strategic approach to user adoption of Windows 10, Office 365, Intune and One Drive technologies
The Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring business users are engaged in adopting end user computing technology delivered as part of the SOE project, resulting in stakeholders understanding, supporting and adopting new ways of working.

Reporting to the Section Manager Project Services and working alongside the SOE Project Manager and team, the Change Manager will support a smooth transition from the old to the new while maintaining morale and overall productivity by including specific tasks and events in project planning that are appropriate for each stage in the transition process.

Responsibilities of the Change Manager – SOE Project will include:

Implement a structured and integrated change management approach to delivering /in accordance with the IM+T Business Readiness Framework.
Conduct and develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness and transition management plans, training needs analysis, communication and implementation support plans.
Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure business led change, underpinned by their commitment and ownership to support adoption of agreed business solutions
Provide status updates, support and advice to the project leads and business leads on business readiness, including early identification and escalation of major risks and issues
Lead consultation and engagement processes with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate business impacts;
Work with business and project team leads in the identification and assignment of responsibility for business readiness actions;
Monitor and assess the environment at different stages of change; developing and modifying the change management approach to meet the needs and address the business change barriers;
Work with the business to successfully transition business change project deliverables to business as usual;
Embrace diversity by supporting initiatives that create an environment in which differences are valued;
Perform any other duties, tasks or projects the employer may assign, having regard to the incumbent’s skills, training and experience.
Essential experience required:

Demonstrated experience implementing and delivering user adoption strategies for enterprise Microsoft Windows platform upgrade programs (i.e. Windows 7 or Windows 10).
Demonstrated experience in user adoption of Microsoft Office 365 applications and technology.
Extensive experience in change management strategies for migrations of mobile devices to new mobile device management platforms (i.e. Microsoft InTune)
Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing appropriate programs to facilitate and support user adoption.
Broad experience and knowledge of industry change management principles, methodologies and tools;
High-quality problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively adjust plans and schedules;
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Previous experience in a similar or complementary role;
Proven experience delivering strong communications and stakeholder management.
Degree qualifications in Change Management, Information Technology, Business or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in an Organisational Change role working on enterprise windows platform upgrade programs would be ideal (i.e. Windows 7 or Windows 10).
