Full-Time Claims Officer – Tuggerah

Job Description

Due to ongoing business growth we are looking to expand our team and therefore recruiting a Claims Officer who currently has experience in property insurance claims to work out of the Tuggerah Business Park office.

The Claims Officer will report directly to the Claims Manager.

The Claims Officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing and adjusting claims within established procedures
  • Ensuring service providers are adhering to their service level agreement/s
  • Authorising/referring claims in line with authority levels
  • Preparing payments to claimants and service providers

To be considered for this role you must have exceptional customer service skills and a high attention to detail. Applicants must have at least 2 years claims experience. Commercial claims experience would be advantageous.

Applicants must be Tier ll accredited and be willing to undergo Police and Bankruptcy checks.
