This NSW Government Department is currently seeking up to 40 Client Support Officers to join their team in Gosford on an initial contract through to the end of the financial year.

As the Client Support Officer you will provide service, information and assistance to clients and customers on a wide range of matters. There is no expectation that applicants need to have previous experience in a call centre environment as full training will be provided.

Key duties in the role include, but are not limited to the following:
Respond to enquiries from external and internal clients/customers according to service standards
Facilitate appropriate client/customer outcomes by applying relevant knowledge, legislation, regulations and procedures
Provide administrative services, respond to enquiries and complete a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency
Educate client/customers on legislation, procedures, their rights and responsibilities to raise community awareness
Develop and maintain knowledge, techniques and skills to deliver a high quality service
Ensure all enquiries, complaints, issues are accurately captured and authorised policies and procedures are adopted

As mentioned above, full training is provided for these positions. Your strong computer skills, strong customer service skills and ability to follow procedures will stand you in good stead to make a positive contribution to this team.
