What you’ll be doing
The Mental Health Nursing Professional Development Pathway (MHNPDP) is an improvement program to support the application of a standardised capability framework into mental health nursing within Central Coast Local Health District and throughout NSW.
The development and application of this pathway will support the CCLHD mental health nursing workforce to have a standardised knowledge base and the ability to apply skills required to provide care within NSW Public Mental Health Services.

Through close liaison with the LHD Director of Nursing and Midwifery, the Mental Health Operational Nurse Manager and the Director of Mental Health Services, the successful applicant will assist in the development of a state-wide Professional Development Pathway for mental health nursing implementation within CCLHD Mental Health Services and continued support of the Pathway throughout the LHD.
