Full-Time Contract Administrator – Tuggerah

Job Description

A local valuation and property consultancy firm in Central coast is looking for a full-time contract administrator to join us. With around 40 years’ experience in the industry, the company has clients including leasehold property owners, major banks and financial institutions etc. With increase in work, there is a need for competent contract administrator to join the team.

Your role

Prepares, interprets, maintains, reviews and negotiates variations to contracts. Detailed duties included:

  • Overall administer and supervise contracts of the business
  • Negotiate and review terms and conditions of contracts
  • Managing paperwork associated to contracts
  • Addressing issues relating to contracts in accordance with the inquires of contracting parties
  • Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of business contracts

  • Previous Experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive and work ethic to get the best result for the team
  • A strong ability to liaise with different parties
