Full-Time Cook – Tuggerah

Job Description

‘Indian Experience’ restaurant in Tuggerah is looking for full time cook to join our team. We are a busy restaurant in serving exquisite Indian cuisine.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Preparing and cooking food
• Examining food to ensure quality
• Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
• Regulating temperature of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
• Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
• Training other kitchen staff

Skills and requirements

• Applicant must be hard working, enthusiastic and passionate
• Previous experience not essential but will be well regarded
• High level of personal hygiene
• Able to plan time and work under pressure
• Seeking a long term goal
• Able to work well in a team
• Must have full working rights


* Competitive Salary for right candidate ( AUD 55,000 per year)
