Impact Gym Erina features the largest functional fitness floor on the Central Coast offering good vibes, warm and friendly staff coupled with a full-service fitness experience. A variety of strength, cardio and functional equipment compliments our functional group fitness timetable with a class for every fitness ability. We are excitedly preparing to launch three brand new purpose-built group fitness studios to ensure our group exercise offering continues to wow.

The Role:
This is a permanent part time position predominantly 4pm – 7pm Monday to Friday (3 days per week) with potentially further hours in the future, however flexibility is a requirement from time to time. Open and close shifts will also be a requirement. Your passion for customer service is paramount no matter your background or previous experience. We pride our team on the ability to deliver an extraordinary member experience. You’ll use your personality to build an effective community and create an environment where members love spending time! You’ll deliver the customer experience at each touch-point… from the warm welcome on arrival, to responding to queries about class availability, through to taking membership payments and providing support to both members and staff.

About You:

You’re warm, honest, loyal and genuine, a real people person. Ideally you will possess 2+ years of relevant customer service experience. You love creating unforgettable moments for your members and guests. You will go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service and get the answer the member needs without a fuss. You love to wow people and you get a kick out of providing first class member experiences. You thrive with accountability, you show a large degree of empathy when required and you are effective in all facets of your role. Most of all you love being part of a FUN team.
