Customer Service Manager

Our clients at Central Coast Motor Group are looking for a customer service manager to ensure that the needs of our customers are being satisfied. The aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the business.

Main Duties:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction to our customers
• Management of customer complaints
• Developing solutions to customer complaints
• Ensuring correct quality of products are provided
• Effectively liaise with sales, and suppliers ensuring operational efficiency
• Developing and implementing action plans to understand and address areas of concern
• Providing leadership and mentoring to other team members wherever possible

Skills and experience:
• Be a proactive and driven individual who works well within teams and have a ‘customer comes first’ attitude
• Friendly & Approachable with a strong personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated & reliable
• Desire to find stable and long-term employment
• Excellent computer skills
