Job Description

Our client at Zibara clothing is looking for a Customer Service Manager for A Sportswear, Uniforms, Corporate & Workwear Clothing store in Erina, someone that can bring leadership to the team and who can inspire and engage their team to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic business planning
  • Budgeting for the centre
  • Building strong relationships with the local community, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
  • Organise and manage all customer service related tasks this includes managing and training junior members of the team to ensure they are proficient in their roles
  • Handle customer queries, ascertaining the most efficient route to satisfactory conclusion and in a manner which gives customers confidence that they are dealing with professional representatives of the company who are able to assist with their queries. Record accurate information and determine the next course of action

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Customer service management experience
  • Thrives off working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and energetic
  • The ability to multi task is required
  • Basic computer skills
