The primary function of this position is to handle incoming calls and/or emails or retail big order in a friendly and efficient manner, handle customer issues and inquiries, Handle after sales support follow up processes, find out resolution to customer complaints and complete business office and managerial responsibilities as well as store compliance for great customer experience towards business as a whole.

Customer Service Managerial roles:

  • Handling telephone or walk in escalations in regards to product complaints or pricing issues in a timely and professional manner
    Handling corporate and volume based customer account inquiries, schedules deliveries, and directs communications with appropriate parties as and when necessary
  • Handle customer service issues on the phone and in the showroom face to face in case of disputes or returns
  • Check, assess and responds to Showroom requirements
  • Micro management if important paperwork
  • Completes open inventory audit reports, credit against purchase reports, debt collection process and other reports as needed
  • Completes showroom schedules and participate in business development activities
  • Assists General Manager with administrative tasks
  • Provides administrative support to the Sales team as and when needed
  • Planning and looking after sales support team and processes
  • Providing positive experience to customers towards business by customer review and sales process maintenance.

Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment; restaurant, hotel, furniture shop or other hospitality services is preferred but not essential
  • Must have appropriate levels of follow-through and have a sense of urgency
  • Diploma and above educational qualification in Business is essential
  • Sound experience in after sales service and customer complain handling processes
  • Fluent English, Self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Multi-task oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business and above.

Other:

  • This position requires working a 5 day/40 hour workweek, including evening, weekends and holidays, in an air conditioned retail furniture showroom
    environment.
