The Role
The Customer Service Manager role will include creating accurate forecasts/demand plans, supplier forecasting, replenishment planning, developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided. The role will be critical in providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment of a sales and distribution team. The role will be the key point of contact between the commercial (Sales and Marketing) and operational areas of the business, and will require planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.

You will be responsible for liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.

As the key contact between the sales and distribution arm and the management, this position also has a significant role in the assisting in long-term strategy.

Skills & Experience
The Customer Service Manager will also bring working knowledge on planning, administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations.

Significant knowledge and working experience in the Asia – Indian subcontinent markets would be highly desirable.
