TTEC require a “Customer Service Representative – Australian Airline” in Gosford NSW:

As a Customer Service Representativeat TTEC you will be responsible for professionally representing our clients’ business with a strong focus on providing support to customers from the client database.

What you might be doing on a typical day:

  • Fully understand and execute customer service processes through voice, email and other channels and successfully deliver superior service to your clients.
  • Deliver high-quality results on time and have a strong focus on your target.
  • Work cooperatively with stakeholders and team members to analyze problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Rotating shifts Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.

The basic stuff you’ll need:

  • At least 1-year experience in a customer care or sales related role
  • An enthusiastic customer service star with a great attitude.Enjoys the excitement of fast-paced call center environment.
  • Deep concern for meeting customer needs
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal skills and superior listening skills.
  • Technically savvy – the ability to quickly learn technology.
  • Attention to detail is critical, while being efficient and having strong organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who has the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Looking for change and want to work closer to home on the Central Coast.
