Job Description

Student Tutor Network require a “Enquiries Assistant” in Central Coast NSW:

Student Tutors is looking to add a Personal Assistant Superstar to our Management Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Phone calls to enquiries and customers
  • Contact with our large staff team
  • Working closely with managing team
  • Use of Email and Google Apps
  • Use of Customer Relationship Managing Software such as Zoho CRM
  • Use of Invoicing System such as Zoho Invoice

Mandatory requirements of the position:

  • Great Phone disposition
  • Coming from a background of Customer relations and/or Education. This background can be an undergraduate student in either Business or Education, experience in either fields or other relevant experience
  • Works well in Teams
  • Enjoys meeting sales targets and lead conversions of clients
  • Access to Internet and Laptop
  • Computer Literate

Favourable Requirements of the position:

  • Type A personality with experience in Personal Assisting Roles
  • Experience with Google Apps
  • Experience with Zoho Suite Apps
  • Experience with MacOS

Hours of the position :

Approximately 10-15 hours per week spread between 4 weekdays

Location :

Training will be done with Managers and then depending on the candidate, work can be done at any convenient location ie from home or uni

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 /hour
