$55,000 – $65,000 a year
We are seeking a talented and passionate chef to join our team and assist the chef/owner in delivering amazing food strongly influence by French cuisine and bistronomy concept

. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate an innate ability to work within a team and as a team leader for a small team, as well as showcase their skills as a culinary professional. Our concepts will feature a wide array of artisan and locally sourced products, so the right candidate will demonstrate a passion for the product.

Good work life balance roster, share of the tips( 50 % for the kitchen), opportunity to raise to an head chef position if skill and dedication are shown. Experience in hatted restaurant is highly regarded.

3 months contract for summer period

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year


Chef: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Eligibility:

The candidate can work temporarily with no restriction on hours (Preferred)
Job Duties:

Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
