Job Description

We are looking for someone that has the Qualifications and Experience to work with us. You will experience working with passionate professionals in architectural design and project management. We want someone committed to work with our fast-paced team.

• Prepare and administer contract actions signed by the company
• Analyse and review contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Report contract status to the management
• Closely work with management and advise them on matters requiring attention
• Implementing decisions as per management for complying contract conditions
• Use your experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you should have:
• Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial experience in similar role (at least three years)
• People and customer management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good Interpersonal and Time management skills
• Problem solving ability

Australian citizens & Permanent Resident preferred!
