General Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Belkin ANZ Marketing Team. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, ANZ and will be responsible for providing design concepts and materials which is in line with the marketing strategy. This could include but not limited to; brochures, flyers, advertisements, EDM’s, posters, product displays, and other POS collateral.

Specific Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, development and execution of a wide range of retail and B2B creative, including but not limited to point-of-sale, advertising, packaging and catalogues from concept to completed artwork
Be involved in the development and brainstorming of all online creative elements; including websites, web content, illustration, video, animation and multimedia marketing campaigns
Assist in the planning and execution of national tradeshow and conferences.
Ensure any images and messages which are used in marketing campaigns appropriately contribute to brand identity and guidelines.
Supports all initiatives requiring graphic design.
Design and development of new branding.
Source and identify new production processes and materials to push creative while increasing cost-effective solutions.
Manage the daily work flow of the projects you will be responsible for.
Promote teamwork and collaboration on all projects across departments
Manage relationships and projects with external vendors.
Responsible for on time delivery of all materials, in the highest quality with great accuracy.
Assist the marketing team where required to deliver best in class campaigns.
Requirements – Education and Experience
Minimum 2-3 years experience
Qualifications in Visual Communications, graphic design or similar.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
Excellent InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Print production and pre-press knowledge
Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
Excellent organization and communication skills
Web design/HTML and CSS experience advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
