The Opportunity

To ensure Belkin can continue to build on its success, we are currently seeking to appoint a professional HR Business Partner to manage the HR function for their Tuggerah facility. This role requires a strategic mind with the ability to influence and support the entire organisation.

As a newly vacant role, this position reports directly to Managing Director and the global HR team in Hong Kong, and is responsible for building and driving the facilities HR function. This will be achieved through providing expert coaching, advice, and solutions, that support the organisational culture and result in improved business performance.

The HR Business Partner must be a true generalist at heart and will be able to think on their toes in a face paced environment. This role will also be responsible for facilitating change management, overseeing payroll, leading cultural change and the review of HR policies and procedures that reflect the day to day operations of the business.


Our aligned professional will be tertiary qualified, with demonstrated success working within a diverse HR generalist role previously.

You will have highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will be someone who has a strong voice with an ability to influence as well as be operationally and results driven. Your ability to build quality relationships within the organisation will aid your passion for genuine service delivery and to achieve the business’ outcomes.
