JWHR Pty Ltd. is a small HR Consulting firm specialising in providing HR support to SMEs. We offer a practical, strategic and tailored approach to human resources and aim to add value by working with organisations to identify the areas within their business that need attention and to help them create a compliant, collaborative and high-performing workplace.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a casual basis. There is the potential of becoming a more fixed member of the team down the track.

This role offers lots of flexibility and variety. Our clients work across a range industries and have their own unique set of HR needs. You can work remotely from your home office, with lifestyle friendly hours and not be locked in to the ‘9 to 5’. We regularly spend time at client sites in Sydney CBD for meetings, training etc. and so the ability to travel to the city will be required from time to time, and sometimes at short notice.

We operate with a no nonsense, down to earth approach, in fast paced environments. We value professionalism, strong work ethics and respectful relationships.

This role may suit someone looking to ease back to the workforce after taking some time out, have carer duties to work around or are semi-retired and want to keep their brain stimulated with interesting work. Currently we anticipate the need may be approx. the equivalent of 1 day per week, but this may vary.
