About the opportunity

As a Hybrid Sales Representative you will be responsible for delivering on key objectives through the promotion of the company’s highly specialised product and program to GPs, associated healthcare professionals and highly targeted specialists across the community.

Influence a wide and diverse audience of stakeholders to overcome barriers, whilst being able to positively manage the complete environment around the disease state. Furthermore, you will be working effectively in operating outside the traditional selling skills as the treatment area is sensitive with a political dimension.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a small and positive team,
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical staff to drive quality care
Actively contribute to the team in identifying opportunities for business growth
Develop business plans and help produce suitable educational and promotional materials.
Build awareness, empathy and engagement in the treatment of drug dependency (expanding treatment access).
Skills and Experience

Previous sales experience within the primary care and/or specialty channel the Australian sector;
Think strategically, demonstrate both a strong commercial and technical aptitude;
Be able to interpret clinical data and communicate effectively;
Strong customer / patient focus;
Ideally have a Tertiary Qualification (Health related or Science preferred)
This position will be best suited to an emphatic, clinically focused and patient oriented professional, whom presents with an open and unbiased mind.
