Indian Curry Chef
Experienced Chef required in all aspects of Indian cookery from Curries to Tandoori. Manage all aspects of kitchen from food preparation, menu setting, kitchen deliveries, food storage and meeting national health requirements.
To be considered for this role you must have:
· Trade certificates in Cookery or Relevant Diploma/Degree in Hospitality
· Minimum 3 years plus experience in Indian food preferably in a multi-cuisine restaurant
· Be able to maintain a clean kitchen and use kitchen appliances and equipment safely
· May need to work varied shifts as also on weekends
