Job Description

Wyong Hospital serves the rapidly growing population of the northern end of the Central Coast and offers acute, sub-acute and community based services. Wyong Hospital also provides clinical placements for medical, nursing, podiatry and oral health students from the University of Newcastle. The Library Service supports the information needs of Wyong Hospital staff and students for the purposes of patient care, continuing professional development, formal education and research. We value our staff as our most important resource and strive to provide support and development opportunities throughout your career with us. This position is an entry-level position and applications from new graduates in library and information science are encouraged.

What you’ll be doing
Provides a high quality, customer focused library and information service undertaking a full range of professional library duties in the day to day operation of the service. Primary areas of service provision include facilitating information access, research support and information skills training.
