Full-Time Marketing Coordinator – Tuggerah

Job Description

A local valuation and property consultancy firm in Central Coast is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join us. With around 40 years’ experience in the industry, the company has clients including full spectrum of freehold and leasehold property owners, major banks and financial institutions, Federal; State and local government and Public Authorities etc. With increase in work, there is a need for competent Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

Your role
Identifies market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting valuation services.
Detailed duties included:

  • Develop marketing plan, including research methods, research channels and data& statistic research method
  • Analyse the research result, assess the trend and need of potential market
  • Conduct and operate marketing strategies, plan and concrete activities
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to the adjustment of the marketing strategies
  • Design and maintain a creative promotional material
  • Promoting relevant business activities via social media
  • Track performance and conduct market feedback researches
  • Develop new sustainable opportunities through domestic and international market
  • Manage relationships and negotiate deals

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator or like position
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable) in Marketing or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Drive and work ethic to get the best result for the team
  • A strong ability to liaise with both internal and external parties
