We PRIDE ourselves on providing the best customer service, fast. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team on the Central Coast.

What is this role all about?

As an integral role, the Marketing Specialist will be expected to work autonomously to attract buyers and generate interested with the view to increase sales. Reporting to the State Manager you will;

  • Manage and implement digital demand and lead generation marketing initiatives
  • Design, develop and distribute content marketing deliverables both online and print
  • Manage the company brand strategy to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Manage creation of graphics and illustrative copy
  • Develop, implement and manage the social strategy based upon market intelligence, trends and best practice
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviours.
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing marketing software tools
  • Ensure that rental pricing on the internet and rental system is up to date.
  • Monitor competitor rates and adjust our rates as necessary.

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
  • Be capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
  • Have the ability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion
  • Be technologically-savvy and resourceful
  • Be results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
  • Be a team player who is customer focused
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
