Job Summary

We are looking for a committed, full time Administration person to be part of our office team.

The role includes;

  • Administration tasks
  • Data Entry / Filing
  • Invoicing / Accounting Tasks.
  • Customer Service

You will be required to;

  • Handle customer inquiries in a busy office environment
  • Enter orders / data entry
  • Follow up calls with clients and staff
  • Assist with scheduling and Filing
  • Client reporting as required
  • Office administrative tasks
  • Enter prices and invoicing
  • Administration of staff personnel
  • Update policy and procedures

The successful applicant will possess the following essential requirements;

  • A professional image and positive phone manner
  • The ability to multi task and be highly flexible
  • Minimum Typing speed of 35 wpm
  • The willingness to take initiative and work cooperatively in a team
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide overtime when required
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office experience
  • Advanced knowledge of internet based applications, websites and smart phones.
