Vision Australia is a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia. We work in partnership with Australians who are blind or have low vision to help them achieve the possibilities they choose in life.

We support more than 27,500 people of all ages and life stages, and circumstances. We do this through 28 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; 30 clinics; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Gosford.


As a Sales Administrator at Vision Australia you will:


  • First point of contact for department calls and email enquiries.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients.
  • Eliciting client requirements and preparing proposals and quotes for a range of digital inclusion services
  • Responding to government panel applications and requests for tender, renewals and profile updates.
  • Administering and monitoring contracts, memberships and partnership agreements.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate administration or business support role
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding established of business operations within a professional services or commercial environment
  • Able to demonstrate high standard and capability of operating skills including – organising; planning; time management; priority setting; managing work processes
  • Experience in UX or inclusive design practices
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and website design
