Job Description

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
We are seeking for an immediate start, a highly organised and friendly team member who can manage the day to day operations of our busy agency. This is a key management role, part of a small, supportive and dynamic team. This quite a varied role. Role will suit those with good hands on administration skills with strong telecommunication customer service skills and self-motivated. On a daily basis you will communicate and support the sales team on the road along with working with the warehouse staff and existing office staff.

The role

  • Phone customer Service & Sales
  • Invoicing and accounts
  • Stock on hand evaluation
  • Support to the on road sales team
  • Pick n pack warehouse orders

Skills & Experience

  • Have had experience with customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • The applicant must be completely computer/ Ipad literate.
  • Experience in invoicing and accounting software (RECKON HOSTED)an advantage
  • Pharmacy or medical product experience an advantage
  • Ability to learn new software processes
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • INZANT software and advantage
