About the role

As this is a brand new role within the organization, it is a chance for an experienced, energetic Office Manager to really make it their own and establish effective policies and procedures to contribute to the successful performance of this expanding business. It would be perfect for a candidate who has around 2 years’ experience in a powder coating industry and is looking for an exciting new challenge. A full time opportunity offered at a starting salary of $70,000 (plus super).

Education/Qualification:

  • Australian Bachelor of Business/ Management/ Commerce/ Accounting or Business administration.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of Warranty Powder grades and process formalities to issue 10 and 15 year warranties to our clients.
  • Have knowledge of Interpon and Dulux powder range and give advice to customers
  • Developing and maintaining new office policies and procedures including WHS
  • Developing Procedures, Policies and Standards
  • Knowledge of and experience with price negotiations, and procurement, services, vendor, records and filing management
  • Strong organizational, management and administrative skills
  • Oral and written communication skills of a high order; professional writing skills
  • Assisting with recruitment and on boarding of new staff
  • Knowledge of accounting, data, administrative, office and human resources management practices and procedures
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Provide internal staff with professional administrative support and their performance review sessions
  • Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records
  • Process Improvement
