Job Description

As the Office Manager you will take a hands on approach to leading the office team. You will undertake to perform all tasks assigned to you in an efficient and accurate manner.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Being the first point of contact for the organisation, dealing with internal staff, clients
  • Managing inbound calls and requests
  • Providing administrative support & coordination for key office logistics
  • Proactively manage competing demands & be committed to delivering exceptional service to internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage the physical upkeep of the office
  • General office administration as required
