Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of apprentices and trainees and has been in operation for more than 35 years.

Our Host Employer has been up and running since 1986 and have offices in Warnervale, Wetherill Park, Yennora and Newcastle. The business specialise in carrying general freight bulk, palletised goods and warehousing. This is a perfect opportunity for an organised and well presented individual looking to kick start their career in Business Administration.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to;

• Answering calls
• Compiling reports
• Scanning and filing
• Assisting with invoicing
• Back up reception duties
• Administrative support to the operations office
• Responding to queries over the phone and email
• Data entry for service maintenance reports and pricing

To be successful within this role you will be highly organised, motivated to learn, friendly and well presented.

This position is full time Monday to Friday, working 38 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.

As part of this Traineeship you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through ON the job training.
