Job Description

R BHATTARAI PTY LTD is looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to join our team in the Central Coast.

The ideal candidate would be a bright, friendly and a proactive individual. The candidate must have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and become an integral member of the team.

Based at our offices in Tuggerah, this is a busy, fast-paced environment so the candidate must be able to excel under pressure. There will be an expectation that you will liaise professionally with clients and other external parties. The candidate must be well presented and have an excellent phone manner. A good knowledge of office and administration procedures and Accounting Software is required.

Attention to details is a must. A proper response (from a candidate) to this job ad will be used to rate and select applications.

It is expected from the PA to exercise considerable tact, discretion, and judgment. The selected person may be required to train and supervise other clerical personnel.

The performance will be evaluated periodically.

The general office and administration duties of the role include:

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Preparation of documents
  • Composing correspondence
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Maintaining and updating files
  • Arranging travel and site access

Skills and Abilities required:

  • Can do attitude and willingness to pitch in as needed
  • Sense of humor and good communication skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Ability to work within a team and also autonomously
  • Intermediate MS Office skills & Accounting Software

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • AQF Diploma of Management or Business
  • Five years of clerical/secretarial experience, with a minimum of two years at the level of secretary
  • Operational knowledge of accounting software is essential
  • Internet, MS Office including Excel basic operations, Adobe Acrobat Professional
