About the Role
Our pharmacists will be very focused on driving professional services in-store and is driven to implement and deliver professional services, 6CPA programs and working with the pharmacy team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in the store
Your responsibilities will be:
Managing the Dispensary and supervising staff working within that area.
Work well with a team-you will work with the retail manager, pharmacist manager and the pharmacy team to achieve the store’s targets.
Ensure all work processes, systems and procedures are performed efficiently and effectively
Assisting with customer service queries
Dispensing scripts using store systems
Checking scripts prepared by Intern Pharmacists, Student Pharmacists or Dispensary Assistants
Counseling customers and providing advice on specific prescriptions
Processing orders for Dispensary stock and maintaining inventory levels
Completing NHS claims
Ensure ongoing QCPP standards and accreditation is maintained
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant should have the following:
Be AHPRA Registered
Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory experience by providing excellent customer service and advice and motivating the pharmacy team
Thrive in a fast paced environment with the flexibility to work late nights and weekends
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and customers
Possess a dedicated work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility with working hours
