Position Summary
Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach working towards achieving the goals identified by children, young people and adults with cerebral palsy, and other physical and neurological disabilities, and their own support network.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager for the region, you will be responsible for service delivery and leadership of staff in the Tuggerah based team providing services across the Central Coast.

You will lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to clients with a disability.

You will also be responsible for the implementation of operational business plans within the Central Coast, achievement of performance targets and for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community.

This position is full time permanent.

The position is based at Tuggerah and will require travel throughout the region and to Sydney for meetings and professional development opportunities.

About you

Understanding of the rights of people with a disability
Sound problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Proven experience managing a community based, health or disability service
Demonstrated ability to lead during times of uncertainty and constant change
Strong community networks within the NSW Central Coast
Relevant Allied Health tertiary qualification or equivalent
Current Valid Driver’s License in NSW
Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one before commencement
