Design & Builds client are highly regarded and recognised as a leader within their field of complex civil construction projects. To support continue growth in the NSW they have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on the Central Coast

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
Project management of utility and civil construction projects
Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
High level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in civil construction.
Requirements for the Project Manager include:
Degree qualification in relevant field
Proven civil project management experience for a civil contractor on civil projects ranging from $1m+
Ability to articulate understanding of commercial implications on civil projects
Interpersonal and leadership skills showing ability to take more senior role over time.
