Gough Recruitment require a “Property Manager” in Central Coast NSW:

The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join this boutique team in the Central Coast! This role will see you utilize your management and customer service skills daily. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

Day to day management of 200 properties
Accounts and Leasing Support
Ongoing contact with landlords and tenants
Carrying out periodic inspections
Database and client management
Maintaining properties and arranging any required repairs
Working to maximise the value of all properties for owners
Monday to Friday – working 1 in 2 Saturdays – If you work a Saturday you get the following Monday off so you always have two days off in a row!

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will have:

  • Minimum of 1years Property Management experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and Driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentation skills
  • Be a motivated self-starter
  • Looking to take the next step up in their career!
