This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Property Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage a Small Portfolio
Business Development
Meet and Greet for Holiday Concierge
Develop New Marketing & Promotion
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
Repairs and Maintenance Management
Ingoing/Outgoing Routine Inspections
Dispute Resolution
Diary Management
Preparation of Lease and Bond Documents

In order to be considered for this position, the following skills are required:

Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Property Management
Hold a Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Extremely Motivated & Driven
Current Drivers Licence & Reliable Car
Rest Professional/File smart experience
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Professional Presentation
‘Can Do’ Attitude and Desire for Long Term Career in Property Management
Highly Organised, Positive Energy, Enjoy Working in a Small Team
