Central Coast Group Training is recruiting for a well established cloud hosting & dedicated servers company that has been in operation since 2006. They have experienced rapid growth, quickly becoming one of Australia’s largest private networks with more connected locations than any other hosting provide in Australia. This company is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their relaxed and fun working environment.

The duties required in this role include but are not limited to;

• Managing reception desk
• Greeting and assisting all visitors
• Maintaining meeting rooms & boardroom
• Managing all incoming and outgoing mail including deliveries
• Ordering office supplies
• General Administrative duties including; filing, scanning, copying etc

To be considered for this role you must have and be able to demonstrate the following;
• Certificate III in Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle & prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong time management & organisational skills

This position is 38 hours per week working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00 pm with overtime when required.
