Full-Time Restaurant Manager

Job Description

The duties will be following :

  • Work with cooks and other personnel to plan menus that are flavourful and popular with the customers.
  • Work with cooks for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies .
  • Estimate food and beverage costs.
  • Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.Prepare frquent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service .
  • Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability ,minimise legal liability and confirm to alcholic beverage regulations .
  • Work with other management personnel to plan marketing,advertising and any special restaurant functions .
  • Direct hiring,training and scheduling of food quality and service.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and services.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling ,general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Review and monitor with bookkeeper or other financial personnel,expenditures to ensure that they confirm to budget limitations.Work to improve performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience – Must have minimum of 2 years of Management Experience.

Qualifications – Must have relevant qualifications.
