Full-Time Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

Job Description

We are a passionate, proud, and hardworking modern restaurant located in a busiest destination Venue attracting both locals and visitors. The restaurant covers a dining area which comfortably seats up to 100 guests with modern décors, a relaxed ambience, and faultless food with a remarkable team.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional as a restaurant manager to oversee all aspects of the service operation. We want someone to lead our team who sees the hospitality industry as their career and willing to grow with us to take the next level of enlargement.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensuring friendly, efficient and professional service is provided to all guests
  • Ensuring adequate staffing for shifts, considering the budget and wage costs
  • Take ownership of the general administration to lead operations and the staff on shift
  • Ensuring team members are well trained and motivated to be consistently delivering informed, quality dining experiences
  • Ensuring company policies & procedures are followed and initiate corrective actions where necessary
  • Manage inventory and financial side of the restaurant
  • Familiarising yourself with our regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met
  • Having the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints, challenges presented by guests and staff
  • Provide strategic input in relation to the creation and implementation of appropriate systems to enhance productivity and efficiency of the restaurant
  • Working closely with kitchen team to plan menu and organise special functions

SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a restaurant manager is must
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Business management
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills both Written and verbal
  • Have a confident outgoing personality, Well – groomed and personal presentation
  • Proven analytical, problem solving skills and take responsibility
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment to perform multi tasks
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is a must
  • Barista Skills will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Indian Cuisine is a must
  • Ability to speak additional language (Hindi or Tamil) is preferred but not required

This a Full-time role that offers you a salary range of: $45,000 to $59,000.
