Full-Time Restaurant Managers

Job Description

The position of Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all front of house operations, overseeing and working closely with the Kitchen Manager, growing the business and delivering results.

To be successful, the right candidate will have:
• strong customer focus and excellent people skills;
• ability to train and motivate staff to a high standard whilst building a strong team culture;
• previous management experience in a busy and fast paced environment;
• hold relevant management qualifications at diploma level or higher;
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school and public holiday periods; and
• Have good English language ability

The salary on offer is based upon the award but will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week.
